Nope its perfectly normal as I spend 12-13 hours on internet and I am addicted to internet stuff. Many people spend time on internet and 3-4 hours is just normal . Also make sure you dun harm work work because of you being on internet. Just enjoy online stuff and always remember that there is a real world waiting for you
