So, when you're blocked you can't see the other persons tweets, right? Well, I went to the girls profile and I can still see her tweets & stuff. But, when I click the follow button it still says blocked. Is this a glitch or am I actually blocked? I've never really been blocked before haha

You could still see someones tweets when they block you but not very many. The girl who blocked you could see your tweets as well. You can't follow, tweet, retweet or direct message those who block you. A lot of Twitter users block others daily. You can't please everyone. You should just laugh it off and get another new follower to replace her.
