When someone post a photo , and another person shares it, can the initial poster see that their photo has been shared/commented on. They are not friends, but they aren't blocked either

Yes they can see who has shared his photo . the comments on the original uploaded photo can be seen by him but the comment on shared one are according to the privacy settings.............
