Don't be a jerk. You should quit trying to steal other people's good name.

And save yourself some money by doing the Google BEFORE you register the name.

Nobody cares what you call your website. A domain name is not a trademark -- it's a unique internet address identifier.

If nobody in your area is already using virtrix or virtrixon, in a related field, there is certainly nothing stopping you from using that name on your services.

Trademarks and business names are "local". Domain names are global. The fact that someone registered a domain name has little or nothing to do with whether they might ALSO have any right to prevent you from using a similar or identical name on your business or as your own trademark.

For example, LEXIS and LEXUS are considered "identical" brands, but they operate simultaneously in different fields, selling different goods or services. Nobody is likely to be confused when they order a LEXUS that it might be made by LEXIS.
