I am very sorry to tell you this but you can't just "give" an internet connection, even though you can connect wirelessly to unsecured connections (please don't do this by the way). However if you still want to trade your Pokemon, I would recommend you go to somewhere with free WIFI like McDonald's or maybe a local library.
