I want to post a classified advertising to reach many adult people and I was thinking to put an ad in newspaper, but I have to pay over £70 for only one day. I wonder if I can use less money or the same money but for a better advertising way, not only for one day. do you have any idea ?

You would certainly want to locate the online classified ad sites that serve your area, many have ad sections with no charge.
Pay per click advertising on the internet has an interesting self serve model, you can set any daily budget you want, some offer geographical targeting, perhaps so only people within driving distance so your ad, Facebook has paid ads too with powerful demographics targeting, you can specify that ads are only shown to people with in a 20 KM radius of you, who are single women, engaged to be marries between the ages of 18-32, who have expressed an interest in punk music.
Direct marketers who mail out post cards or sales letters rent mailing lists identifying specific targeted audiences, those who have bought a certain product, subscribe to certain special interest magazines, etc. You can get a surprisingly high response rate from these highly targeted campaigns.
