She's my ex and I still love her. We talk on fb and she only messages me one or two times a day it really aggravated me last night so I sent her a message that read "If your only going to send a message one times a day it's better not to send anything at all" she saw the message but didn't reply. Did I offend her?

Yes, but you are right in that its better for her not to message you at all.

You would have, she clearly didn't know how to respond and so she didn't. She probably is a little fed up with your comment as, by the sounds of it, she wasn't too keen on talking to you anyway, your message wouldn't have helped with that....
