does adsense pay through a letter with the monney or does it go into the bank

Once you get $100 or equivalent in your currency they either send you a check or put it straight into your bank account, your choice which one.

As you can see there are lot of ways for this.

Money in the bank is the usual method. It can take a while to earn 100 dollars though. A click through rate of 3% would be considered high. The amount you get paid per click can also vary.
