I wanna start doing twitter marketing and advertising with a site called Pay4tweet but i don't understand the whole concept of it, and i don't know where to get started..Can some one please explain it to me

You can pay people to tweet your message & your link to their followers and other side of the coin, they will pay you to tweet their message & their link to your followers.
