How come my Samsung galaxy vibrant haven't updated to Google play like every other android device? I want certain apps that only Google play has like instagram. I can't find it in the market either

i have a vibrant and i noticed that the market doesnt update. i have google play but thats because i upgraded my phone to 4.1.1 and youre still on 2.1. the only way to do this is to do it manually. its pretty hard but if youre up for it: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?s=d294a44246382b3297aa06231e96406b&f=711
