I had an account on twitter i changed the password and i cant remember it ( i have a really bad memory) and i also can't remember my hotmail password so is there any other way i could get it back ?!

If you use your phone number on hotmail then you can use forget password option and enter your phone number when it want to say use phone number.

Yes You can get it back by submitting security questions to recover your email account or the twitter account
Click on forgot password and then submit info 1-877-778-8566.

First use Password recovery for Hotmail Account and than use for Twitter Account.
I think you get the solution
