2013 or so because Michael has the iFruit phone(parody of the iphone) which is most likely the 4 or 4s. So it might be a little bit before 2013, maybe it's not a 5 because when they were programming at the time that was the latest iPhone. And Franklin has something i'm not sure what it's called in the game but it's a parody of the samsung galaxy s3. And then there's life invader which is the parody of facebook. And snapmatic which is a parody of instagram. Lol list goees on and on. So yeah it's most likely 2013 or so.
