His manager has said he does no Facebook or twitter. And if it has the "add friend" option then you know for sure it's fake. Celebrities just have Facebook pages or actual profiles which only allow the "Follow" option

Most likely fake. There are thousands of people that fake Celebrities and if they add you then it means it's fake.
Celebrities mostly use a fake name and only allow people they know to add them on their personal profiles.

Well if he's talking to you and replying to you right away then it's fake.
