The simplest way is to fill in a submission form, you will see how Bing manages Yahoo search.

Actually just getting links from few sites already indexed (which you need to help with ranking) to provide a path for search spiders to discover your site.

Best way is to create a Yahoo webmaster account and add your blog to the account.
After verifying the site, just fetch the site from the webmaster.
The site will get cached in less than an hour
