Is there a really goo plugin that i can include and not include in the site map.
And when i mean site map i mean when you type in the websites name on google it gives you the list of the top pages on your site.

Google XML Sitemaps is one of the best plugin all the time for Wordpress CMS. Just install it once and it will list all your urls in an xml format or xml.gz format as prescribed by many search engines. Just make sure you have added your sitemap to Google Webmasters and Bing Webmasters Account.

Google XML sitemaps is very flexible. It allows you to include or exclude URL's on the sitemap. But if you want pages/archives to be really excluded from the search results, use the noindex tag... plugins like noindexnofollow and SEO by Yoast makes setting up these tags much easier. Finally claim and configure your webmaster tools provided by your preferred search engine.
