Three things you should always check:

1) Lookup the domain name registration: http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp
Chinese counterfeit sites are immediately identified in 1/2 the cases with this check, in your case the site was created just 2 months ago, which should raise a cautionary warning flag. It's registered to an Australian residential address Google maps can locate.

2) Search for "trainersforsale.co.uk" scam probably too new to have made it into the reporting sites.

3) Check the Contact Us page, if there is no identifying phone# or Address don't give them your money, Emails are too easy to just ignore. They buried the Contact US link in the Shipping-Returns page http://www.trainersforsale.co.uk/contact_us.html

I believe Nike has a list of authorized online dealers, every hole in the wall like this one will not qualify, if you get anything I have to guess it would be Chinese counterfeits, they often use faked addresses or a paid registration proxy to conceal the real owner.
