I want to start a facebook page sharing photos of recipes i will be preparing, what type of facebook page will I need?

When i follow the process to create a page these are my options:
Local business or place
Company, organisation or institution
Brand or product
Artist, band or public figure
Entertainment

it's up to you to choose the category, it doesnt really matter... if it were me, i would just choose entertainment

I would make a GROUP PAGE, instead of a regular facebook page, that way people can just join.
