So I'm a junior in college, and there's a guy I was casually friends with in freshmen year. I see him around all the time and we smile politely at each other, but I was wondering if it would be weird if I messaged him on Facebook to strike up a conversation. I'm not into him or anything, he's just a genuinely nice guy and I want us to be friends. What do you think?

Totally not weird at all. If you talked to him before then just go for it! You just want to be friends with him. So strick up a convo
