Hi my laptop recently has been having some trouble at the windows starting up screen. It will wait there for quite some time but after I've pressed repair a few times and command prompt sfc/scannow it it's still having issues. Safe mode still works but it won't let me get on google chrome and just crashes it. Anything I can do at this point to just restore it to working again? I already tried to restore to a restore point but still same issue.

First try Safe mode with networking. Then install malwarebytes anti-malware from cnet
Run full scan and repair any virus, spyware issues
2nd Uninstall software that you probably don't use and know as junk from control panel
If you can't fix this issue You's better reinstall Windows after backup
