My internet connection is too slow. What can I do about it?

Are you on dial-up? Hi-speed? You should look into Tune Up Utilites 2007, you can get it on http://www.download.com and it is a free trial, also you can delete programs you don't need or use anymore. Possibly you need to configure your settings for the internet. You can also switch to Mozilla Firefox instead of the one you are using now, it loads better.

it depends what net you have.
if you have dial up there is not much you can do.
and also your problem may be your service provider
more than likely! but scan ur system and defrag it!
and reinstall your internet conection! it should
help speed it up! otherwise you need 2 contact
your service provider.

you go to the deli section at the store and tell them you need a hock of lom de lenna and you place that on your modem.
also it helps to spit on it first,

First off - is it normally faster? If it is contact your ISP since you may have exceeded a download limit. There also could be very high network congestion / internet traffic at this time.
If on the other hand you are on Dial Up you will get faster internet by upgrading to broadband. If you are already on broadband, consider changing your Internet Service Provider or upgrading speed (shop around for the best deals).

a lot of things can be wrong, but mainly it could either be a virus, bad internet service, or you may have to reboot your computer hope that helped

Broadband internet connections now a days are very fast. May be problem with your computer settings , low free space in disk C, loading of lots of games, virus or spy wares in computers. You have to eliminate these one by one.
