Okay, might seem like a dumb question. There is this girl I like and I don't know if she likes me(she has dropped hints e.g:leaned on me but still not sure).
It's her birthday tomorrow(she's not hyped about it or doing anything) and everyone will wish her happy bday on fb but should I send her a text on her phone saying happy birthday instead so it will seem more...meaningful? If she likes me, she'll like it...
But I'm not sure if she likes me or not

Yes send a text. Saying "Hey Happy Birthday I hope you have a good one"
Their is a higher since she will say something back to you then.

You're right, you should send her a text or talk to her
I'm sure she will get a lot of wishes on fb anyway, do you want to be just one of them?

It doesn't matter if she likes you or not. Talking to her just to wish her or a text message is perfectly normal for friends, especially close friends.
Its a nice gesture she will appreciate regardless of how she feel about you. Don;t worry

Text her on the phone. That way you might get into a conversation & it'll be more private than FB. Maybe even ask her if you want to hang out.

I'm sure many ppl will wish on fb or txt her.
You should be more original than those other ppl.
You can call her or meet her somewhere (and if possible buy a small gift for her)
She'll be more happy if she hears you wish her happy birthday and maybe she'll love you more as she'll know how much you care for her..
