Crazy question.... But If Someone shows up on my news feed does that mean I show up on their news feed?... &
Why would all of a sudden someone activity start to show up on your my news feed if u been friends all along & u never talk to or message the personor ever go on their page?? My Ex best friend activity all of a sudden started showing up on my news feed. Did he request this?
Like how does facebook decide who activity u get to watch?

it's done randomly
some people will show up on your feed others will not. usually it's the same people constantly who show up on your news feed.
i think it's done by the time and date they post things on their own page.
and yes you will show up on your friends news feed as well. but like i said it's done randomly and most of the time other peoples feeds don't even show up on yours.
