I honestly don't care if she blocked me, but all the comments she made on my facebook are gone, she is not in my friends list anymore and she doesn't come up when I type up her name in the search bar. Does this mean she blocked me or deleted her account?

If I remember correctly, if someone blocks you it'll notify you, this was a couple years ago so I don't know if that has changed. However, what you can do is go to a friends profile who has her as a friend, and see if her name shows up on your friend's friend list, if yes, then she blocked you. If you don't see her name, then she most likely deactivated her facebook account.

I think she was unfriend you but you follow her.

no, you will not be notified when someone blocks you like that other answer said. Thats the point of blocking- its kind of ambiguous. it could be either, the only way to know is to search for her on a friends account or when you're signed out of facebook. If she appears then, she's blocked you
