I sold a kid a bike off a Facebook group, the buyer wants to buy my bike, i go to meet up with him and the hub is acting up he takes it for a spin and says he's going to take a look at it, and hands me money and leaves, he messages me 5 days later and says I want my money back or a wheel, I told him no as Is, and then he messages me saying I'm messing with the wrong guy, I'm contacting officials, can I get I'm trouble at all.

doubt it
what is 'selling off a facebook group' anyway?

An "as is " sale usually applies to automobiles. But can be applied to almost anything - a bicycle - a house - a horse - anything.

Quote, "If a used car is sold "as is," the implied warranties don't apply. This means that you must pay for all repairs that aren't covered by an express warranty, even if the car breaks down on the way home from the dealership." http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/car-warranties-basics-29598-2.html

As is MEANS as is. No buyer's remorse, no refunds, no repairs, no nothing.
