the address you or the 2nd person typed would be PENDING
the same moment with PENDING signal, Listia staff got informed or alerted by the shipping address
then they would find around all listia typed shipping address list. to find if your address is used on another listia member
if found.......ALL PEOPLE SUSPENDED, this is a.k.a. "Listia.com same shipping address suspension"
listia.com staff would suspend 2 or more people with same address
if there is a 2nd person typing the same shipping address with a past listia member (old member or banned member) listia staff got informed or alert then go catch all people with same shipping address (2 people same shipping address) then suspend all people related by searching who also typed in the same shipping address.
this is Listia.com shipping address matching suspension.

listia, does not allow 2 people have one address, if someone used your address before you use listia, you can not use your address in that site.
