Hi, I would like to know if there is a place where you can advertise your facebook page for free? Its a computer and software help page

Advertising services are never free!
If you want to have a form of advertising where the payment is with your time instead of money, Yahoo! Answers is a perfect example. Giving good answers and then occasionally including a link to your website for further reading/instructions is acceptable, and will greatly increase your page rank over time if you do it properly.
Coming on Y!A and constantly posting irrelevant links to the annoyance of other users, however, will be considered spam and will harm your traffic!

Google sites lets you build certain types of sites for free. Google offers different account options and some are free but other are paid for.
Check out http://www.healthblissguide.com for an example of a site built using google sites.
