I know this question is all ready been ask but the Google acceleration or whatever it was called won't work because it is no longer available when I tried it so please help me I'm frustrated by my internet connection if you help me you'll help me big time so please help!

What kind of internet do you have? Do you use a wireless router?
The main thing is to buy a higher speed internet connection.
If you can tell us what kind of internet you have, and run a speed test at a site like http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest we can probably tell if you are where you should be or not.
