http://www.blogspot.com is decent (if thats what you need).

There are free services like blogger, Wordpress, Webly etc. But if you are serious internet marketer you shoul have pay for good hosting. You never know these free services take down your blog for any reason. If that happens you will lose your all hard work. I suggest Hostgator for the best hosting service. I personally use it for years and I have not any problem since then. My all websites are hosted by hostgator. You can mannage your websites easily at this service.

If you want free blog host then go for wordpress.com or if you want paid then go for Bluehost. Now you decide which way you go..
