I was blocked for 7 days and then 30 days. What happens the next time?

next time they delete your account
and it makes no difference how many requests are allowed
all it takes is one request sent to a stranger that clicks "i dont know this person outside of facebook" and you get reported for breaking the rules
this isnt myspace - you have to obey the rules
