I'd like people to see my art, so I created an instagram account, particularly for this.

Well you could make it easier for people to find your art.You did not even post a link.Another way is to Open a Facebook account dedicated to your art work.You could also post your art on Etsy.com.Also you could try to sell some art at a modest price on ebay.You could create your own portfolio and go around to different art galleries and see if they will display your art.You can find small coffee shops and see if they will display a piece for you.You could make some fliers and post them on community bulletin boards at public libraries and or colleges for people to see.

go on explorer the then tags then search popular tags e.g #new then like every single pic by doin this they might like back or follow
