There is this green 'download' sign on almost every website i go to even google. theres also an ad at the bottom left corner. if i click on the download sign itll ask me for my phone number but im obviously wouldnt put it.i think it happened after i downloaded a game from a torent website

I would imagine that a toolbar / extension was installed into your browser. On Chrome for example, there is an 'extensions' section in which can be accessed via the 'windows' menu. Open up the equivalent for your browser and delete/uninstall the offending program Smile
