Please help, I typed in something I shouldn't have into a porn website and it said that my ip has been logged, I didn't mean to, and now I'm freaking out at what might happen, can someone please help

Nothing is going to happen. They can't do anything with your IP, it's one of those stupid, meaningless messages some web owners seem to think give them god powers. Ignore it. Everyone lands on a site like that once in awhile. We just sigh, roll our eyes and move along. Don't stress the small stuff. You did nothing illegal.
