IE keeps telling my website isn't allowed to be viewed in an iFrame? - BANNED - 05-20-2014 12:30 PM

I keep getting

"This content cannot be displayed in a frame
To help protect the security of information you enter into this website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to be displayed in a frame."

iFrame website:
https://apps.facebook.com/the-rate-me-app/
Actual url:
https://passion4web.co.uk/apps/fb/theratemeapp/

I have added this to the pages
<meta http-equiv="X-Frame-Options" content="allow">
