I'm trying to play nba 2k14 and I can't access all the features because it says I have to update the application. The system software update is all up to date but I don't know how to update the application please help me!!

If you have an internet connection, the game should auto update once you load it !
Try going to notifications and downloads
and see if its downloading or you can manually try to update it.
