Can't find LAN IP address? - Endless Purgatory - 05-20-2014 11:18 PM So, a friend of mine and I are trying to find my 'LAN Ip address" so I can forward a few ports, but whenever I type in ipconfig, I get this. I can't find the address. - karl - 05-20-2014 11:28 PM Turn your connection off....then back on,or restart the computer so it will auto refresh the ip address....then go back in dos,and try to ipconfig - Moo - 05-20-2014 11:35 PM I am guessing you are using the Wireless Internet Connection there and if this is correct your Lan Ip is 192.168.0.12 - firefly - 05-20-2014 11:39 PM The LAN is your IPV4 address which is 192.168.0.12 - Julius - 05-20-2014 11:54 PM Can I ask why you want to forward ports on your PC? Surely you want to forward the ports on your router which is 192.168.0.1 - Capote,Ciprianojr - 05-20-2014 11:55 PM Yahoo!messenger settings will found your browser to choose if use Dial-up;LAN settings;Use proxy because Yahoo!messenger can't directly to search internet - John Smith - 05-21-2014 12:02 AM You are connected via WiFi to a home/SOHO LAN. The IP address of the wireless adapter of your computer in the example shown is the "IPv4 Address" listed as "192.168.0.12" subnet mask 255.255.255.0. Your "default-gateway" IP address is "192.168.0.1" which is probably the address for your DNS server as well. |
