Okay, so I have a Samsung phone right? And I went on the Market and I guess the version I have doesn't have it and I found out that I could just download it on my phone from Google Play. But it says "You haven't accessed the Google Play app (the white shopping bag app icon) on your device with this email account." Can someone tell me where the shopping bag is?

If instagram does not show up on the Google play store on your phone, when you go to the website to download it it won't let you because the app is incompatible with your Phone, any app that is not on the Google play store on you phone will not be able to be downloaded on to your phone
