It doesn't necessarily have to mean that you're still not over them. It could also mean that it still hurts because things didn't work out. You might not want to get back together with them but just feel sad. And seeing your ex is never easy. After all, they're your ex. They're the person with whom you once had a very close bonding and now that bond is over. It can also mean that you haven't moved on. If you haven't moved on then it will seriously hurt to see or read anything related to them. If you really want to move on then you need to end all the contact with this person. No more looking at their twitter or Facebook.It can be hard to let go. But you have to do it to move on. And if you don't want to move on then it's a clear sign that you're still not over them. At times, you might even feel confused about whether you have moved on or not. Just keep your distance from them. You will move on.
