Is it weird that my best friend does this? - Hannah - 05-21-2014 04:15 AM

Whenever we hangout my best friend likes to take selfies on my phone because her phone is bad quality. Her other "smartphone" I don't think as room so sd can't take photos. She has 2 because one if for texting and one is for the internet. (I know weird but that's how it happened)

Anyway, I send her the selfies she took on my phone to her through Facebook and she saves them to her computer. She says she can't save them to her phone or screenshot but at least she can save them to her computer.

However, she insists me to NOT delete them on my phone. Is this weird? That she wants to keep her selfies on my phone. I kinda find it weird.

I've told her I've wanted to delete them and that it's weird but she doesn't want me to delete them.

How to I get her to let me delete them without hurting her feelings?

I'm not being mean. I keep the pictures of us together. It's just weird and takes up space on my phone

Just delete them

It's a bit weird that she doesn't want you to delete it. But it's your phone, and you should be able to do whatever you want with it. Just tell her that you will delete the pics but are still willing to let her take selfies on your phone, but after you send them to her, you'll delete them off your phone (:

It is weird that she wants you to keep them on your phone. I'll admit I do like to admire my selfies saved on my phone, but if I had them saved on my phone, I wouldn't insist on also having them on my computer, so I don't see why she sees the need to keep them on two places. You should just text them to her phone so she can save them there. If she can't give you a good reason to keep them, then delete them. Tell her they take up space and you don't want them on your phone.

She probably just wants them saved on a phone somewhere to have just in case, but it is very inconsiderate to you. She needs to remember that it is YOUR phone she is using. You can absolutely delete them if you want to. Just tell her you need the space on your phone if she makes a big fuss over it.
