ok so i really love to watch anime. but just recently my anime is buffering more than usual. so basically the gray bar is ahead of the little dot thing that plays the video. but even though the gray buffer bar thing is ahead, it still buffers why does this happen. thanks in advance!
i forgot to mention that i have 5/5 bars of internt...

Your bandwidth is getting throttled, probably on the website's end, because the internet sucks.
