Im not talking about download managers. Its the one the increase the speed of you internet connection so you can open web pages faster,,,,,,,,,

There is no such thing called or termed an internet connection accelerator. Ur Internet spped is limited by the ISP, with whom u have a fixed contract for speed/time/bandwidth as may be the case...It can be a fixed b/w of 256Kbps or so or range between 256 Kbps - 1mbps...There are no guarantees....Also if u have cookies n history enabled, it wil make look like the pages load faster...U use wat u pay for n not more...
Download managers, use the speed in an efficient manner n dont boost speed..Windows basic settings is not optimized so...that t reason..
