Every single movie/episode I've been watching has poor quality! Only one had HD settings on the actual screen, but for some reason it wouldn't change.
How do I fix this? I'm pretty sure it's not my laptop or internet seeing as they work at an excellent speed every other day...

I know for sure when the quality falls on netflix in our house it is normally when the internet is being heavily used.
Sometimes both my sons are playing games online and say my wife is surfing the web.....This is when the problems start for me normally.
But to be honest this is pretty random and doesn't always happen but like i say if it does happen then our connection is normally normally to blame due to high traffic.
