Okay so I unfollowed my ex and blocked him but somehow he ends up following me and when I go on his profile it doesnt say blocked anymore, but instead says "following" o.O what is going on ?? This is happening repeatedly literally. I changed my twitter password and did all the security options I could but it is still happening. What do I do ? Help please!

if it happens under a lot of different passwords
someone might be hacking your account
using a twitter hacking program
you can report that you could be getting hacked and they can trace where the hacker is and put a stop to it , or you can download a protect sever on your account so it is protected from hackers
this does NOT cost money because i used it on my twitter, facebook and cony
