My client wants me to have a login on her website for her staff and such so that they can message each other and such. So pretty much a social media such thing embedded into the website. I am not interested in learning about php and .net I just want an easy way to include it such as a widget or embedding

One thing you can do is to create a simple social networking website from here - http://www.ning.com/ or any other website and then embed it or else, I find no way of doing it without learning PHP and even SQL because you have to maintain records.
