When I go on, my webcam shows me, but almost all the time I can't see the other person- everyone that I have asked said they can not see me. For this reason a lot of people skip me

I think that your webcam is used in other applications, make sure that you aren`t using your webcam first before you use it on such website.
You can also have an update with your flash player, it maybe a problem too You can download adobe flash player here get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.
