Router is the easiest way to get done. check this router site http://www.netgear.com

This is penny wise and pound foolish.

Cross-over cable and Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) is what you would do, but DON'T! This is a pain in all parts of the body, requires the upstream pc to be on for the downstream pc to work and generally makes for a miserable internet experience for both.

Drop 50-80 $US on a router. (Wired or Wireless) If you use wireless, enable security.

First go to network connection and right click on it then go to the property then go to the LAN connection in which your asianet internet is connected. Then right click on it and chose advance their you find a check box showing option of share it to network chick on it. then go to your local lan port right click on it and chose properties then go to TCP/IP option give him ip and subnet mask. And in other 'pc which is connected with this pc give his ip as a Default gateway. and if dns and adns is ablable then give also .
