When I try to print from my mail the only thing that prints is the ad and not what I want it to print. I only recently had this problem since you changed the your format. Please get it off.

You can install Ad Block Plus plugin for the browser you are using. It will block the ads on the webpage, thereby enabling you to print the rest.
