You can not get real targeted traffic from Fiverr!
You can get some SEO done and in result of the gig to get Traffic from Google, Bing and Yahoo, but directly buying traffic will result in nothing!
If you want traffic just for the stats, simply type the word "traffic" in the Fiverr search bar and then sort the results by popularity. The top results are the best in most of the cases.
