Suppose I use Google Chrome and I go to Incognito Mode. (I'm not on the A-List). Then I use the normal Google Chrome mode (not logged in OkCupid) and visit that person's profile?
Will she still get a notification on her Visitors page assuming she turned on the notifications?

I don't think it shows up. It may try to make you sign up or log in though.
