Just ask him politely to take it down because you care about your privacy or any other valid excuse. He is the only one with the power to do it.

If it was a picture you posted online though and didn't make private, then you may have some trouble getting it removed because once you put something on the internet, unless you copyright it or something, it's there for everyone to use. Instagram may be able to help though, so do try contacting them!
