this person on twitter has been harassing and bullying me and i dont want to block them because i want their account to get suspended or deleted instead.
if i report them and get others to report the account as well will the account get deleted ?

If enough people report it possibly. But you need to be sure you have evidence before you incite others to report or it will be you who gets banned. Also just posting a request on there for others to make reports is against their terms of service.
